 木马病毒W32.Qeds@mm,该怎么解决?虽然我的杀毒软件已经将它隔离。请高手帮忙，谢谢！

现在学校在提倡使用平台备课,但是教师机器在使用过程中遇到了一个问题,在使用前要先安装编辑器,但是有些机器在下载完后在安装过程中出现两个问题,一个是在安装完全正确后但是编辑器不起作用还 要安装,第二个是安装一半的时候出现错误安装不上,请高手帮我解决这两个问题,谢谢!

在使用平台过程中我遇到了两个问题：一、有些学生以自己的用户名登陆之后不是进入本班的课程安排里面，而是进入了其他年级或其他班级，要通过回到登陆后的页面刷新才行，二、有些学生点击“我的学习区”就出现“页面以过期”的页面。该怎么解决呢？谢谢！

我们学校的学生机器进入冷天之后,只有一部分机器上课的时候能够正常打开。随着时间的推移机器一台台的恢复正常了，是什么原因呢？谢谢各位！
